Trainings, News, and Resources

Greetings!
For those that celebrate, we hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. If you don't celebrate, then we hope you enjoyed a day or two off of work! As we move into the winter months, we will be focusing on our online training offerings (due to New England's notoriously unpleasant weather), and we can't wait to share the details with you!
Coming up in January, we are offering trainings on LGBTQ+ health inequities; how to use Twitter for your coalition; and explaining the DoN Funds. Check back
here
as we update dates and times for these exciting offerings!

First up is an updated version of our
Health Equity Cohort

Our second offering is a
Coalition Building Cohort
, which aims to build the capacity of coalition members, leaders, and stakeholders.
Interested? Apply to one or apply to both! Click the button below for a link to the applications, due January 8th!

While we know that community development is a key intersection of all of the Social Determinants of Health, the benefits of community development have rarely been quantified. This report is the starting point of analyzing how investing in our communities yields great health returns, by estimating the health impact and societal value of comprehensive community development investments.
