GALA & AUCTION: EVENT DETAILS
We will celebrate the school's largest fundraising event on Saturday, April 18, 2020, in the comfort of your own living room.

In light of stay-at-home orders, we've re-imagined our annual Gala & Auction fundraiser as an e-Gala & Auction. This virtual event will be an incredible time to "gather" our community and uplift each others' spirits. Kids are welcomed! We are designing a fun-filled program for you to tune into on that night, including a dance party.

There will still be online bidding and donation opportunities for those who can be generous during this time! All "Raise Your Paddle" donations are eligible for the Colorado Childcare Tax Credit and federally deductible under the specifications outlined in the CARE Act.

NEW e-TICKET with DINNER OFFERING;
Place your order by Monday, April 13 at noon
We are offering a Family e-ticket for $99. Each ticket includes a carry-out family dinner for four from the Maytag Dining Hall that can be picked up from campus on the morning/early afternoon of e-Gala. In the spirit of a shared meal and "breaking bread" as a community, we are offering this special dinner purchase. You may also purchase a family meal in appreciation of a faculty/staff member.

Family dinner menu to include 2 pounds of smoked brisket with barbecue sauce, cheddar potatoes, borrancho beans, southern vinaigrette slaw, and chocolate chip cookies. All items are gluten-free and are portioned to feed a family of four. Your dinner will be confirmed with pick-up instructions later next week.

*Sorry, due to capacity limitations, we can not offer substitutions, individual entree purchases, or consider additional dietary restrictions. We appreciate your understanding.
** Only 150 family dinners will be sold.
*** If you previously purchased gala tickets or are a sponsor of the event, we will reach out personally to convert your tickets and benefits for the new e-Gala & Auction!

Please note that you do not need to purchase an e-ticket to participate in the event.

Another social opportunity is in the works! We will be pushing out details of online Happy Hours for Monday, April 13, Tuesday, April 14, and Wednesday, April 15. A variety of times, hosts, and video chat links will be sent. We can gather, build buzz, and just "check-in" on each other.
