NAR - Fannie, Freddie Allow Appraisal Alternatives To reduce the need for appraisers to conduct interior property inspections, the Federal Housing Finance Authority has instructed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to permit different types of valuations for eligible mortgages through May 17. NAR - Funds Members TeleHealth for REALTORS  In response to the current health crisis, starting right now, NAR is supporting members by funding two months of Members TeleHealth as a benefit for those who do not currently have access to telemedicine through their insurance or Medicare plan.
