SNF Announces 2022 Equipment Grant Recipients  
The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), the charitable arm of the non-profit School Nutrition Association (SNA), today announced winners of its 2022 Equipment Grant Program. Six school nutrition professionals are being awarded grants for their school meal programs. Each grant is worth between $10,000 and $100,000 of equipment. See the Winners

Tips to Make Time for Exercise
  • Add It to Your Calendar! Why not pencil in some time for gratitude? Take a few minutes out of your busy day to listen to the guided Gratitude Audio and try to notice and reflect upon things you are thankful for. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus steps at the end of the audio (limit of one bonus grant per participant).
  • Find a convenient place to do activities and try to make it a habit! Put on your headset, find a quiet location that suits you best, and choose any of the different 7-minute meditation sessions available for your daily mindfulness practice. Receive 500 bonus steps for each meditation session
