Brockton Area Arc seeking well-qualified candidates for Executive Director
Candidates should possess strong facilitation and organizational skills, and excel in planning, communication, decision-making, problem solving, and informational management. Candidates must demonstrate a collaborative leadership style and be committed to a hands-on approach to leading a private service agency with a focus on community centered activities and family support.

Candidates must also be capable of facilitating the implementation of the BAArc strategic plan linked to program development, marketing, fiscal management, facilities management and staff development. March 16, 2020 is the deadline for resumes and cover letter. Learn more.

The LEND Program at the E.K. Shriver Center/UMass Medical School in Worcester, MA prepares professionals, persons with disabilities, and family members to influence policy and clinical practice on behalf of children with developmental disabilities and their families. $12,000 stipends are available to qualified applicants.
