2020 NCCCC 51st Home & Product Show 

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 51st Home & Product Show!

We are excited for you to join us for our 51st show!! 

 This year, we will be holding our show at the Enfield Square Mall on Saturday March 7th and Sunday March 8th. We can't wait to share many NEW features in the show this year!!

NEW FEATURES

  • NEW Show Hours, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm with the option to stay later at your booth since the mall is open later!
  • NEW Floor Plan including the ENTIRE MALL CORRIDOR & select retail space
  • NEW Indoor Craft Fair
  • NEW Spacious vendor lounge and registration area
  • Raffle Sponsorship opportunity in our Raffle Pavilion
  • Demonstrations, entertainment, and attractions for children
  • FREE Admission and Parking for all!

This year we are featuring our Gold & Silver Retail Sponsors, which will include a private “lock down” retail space utilizing an empty store front within the mall.  These spaces are limited to one vendor per store front and will give the impression of being a brick and mortar store!     

SPONSOR DETAILS

  • PLATINUM $5000: Naming rights to the show (Ex: Two Moons Creative presents.... ), prominent placement within the show, road signs, social media, newspapers, and member supplied banner on display at the show, and website banner advertisement for one month.
  • GOLD RETAIL $2500: Lock down retail space (600 sq. ft.).  Advertisement on road signs, social media, and newspapers.  Member supplied banner on display at the show, and website banner advertisement for one month.
  • SILVER RETAIL $1750: Lock down retail space (300 sq. ft.). Advertisement on social media, and newspapers.  Member supplied banner on display at the show, and website banner advertisement for one month.
  • RAFFLE SPONSOR $1500: Two booth spaces (200 sq ft.) located in the Raffle Area, Advertisement on road signs, social media, newspaper, website banner advertisement for one month, and Member supplied banner on display at the show.
  • BRONZE $1000: One 100sq. ft. booth space.  Advertisement on social media, newspaper, and member supplied banner on display at the show. ** Please contact the office to select your booth**

ALL BOOTH SPACES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW DATE 

We have changed registration this year and have included detailed instructions below to help you navigate the process.

BOOTH PRICES:

  • 100 sq. ft. Vendor Booth - Chamber Member Price: $425.00                                                                                Non-Member Price: $500.00
  • 8x8 Non-Profit Booth - Chamber Member Price: $150.00                                                                                  Non-Member Price: $ 200.00
  • Craft Table - Both Days: $100.00 / Saturday Only: $75.00

 

To Register for A Booth: (EXHIBITORS & NON-PROFIT)

Please print instructions below to help with navigation of registration process 

PLEASE NOTE: If the booth on the floor plan is colored pink this means it has already been purchased by another exhibitor or is unavailable and the booth number will not be listed for selection on the registration page.

  1. Select "REGISTER NOW!" button below to proceed to booth selection
  2. Complete your personal information and Select first booth number (note: default is set to first booth listed at the top of the list)
  3. To purchase additional booths, scroll down to the second booth selection until you reach “Additonal  Booth Information”
  • This area will allow you to select multiple booths in addition to your first booth selected above.               (please DO NOT select your first booths information again on this list)
  • Find your second booth selection in the list, to select the booth, choose “1” from the drop-down box for each desired booth (up to 4 additional booths may be selected).

 4.  Apply applicable promo codes to receive booth discounts (promo codes cannot be combined)

  • NCCCC MEMBER EXHIBITORS - To receive a Membership discount please enter NCCCCMBR  to reduce your booth price to our membership price of $425 – Membership will be verified by the office.  
  • NCCCC NON-PROFIT MEMBERS - To receive Non-Profit pricing please select a booth labeled "Non-Profit Booth" (booth numbers 99-116) enter NONPROFIT to reduce your booth cost to reflect correct price of $150 (Non-profit discount and Member discount cannot be combined)
  • Promo codes can be entered at the top of the registration page.

 5. Once any promo codes have been applied PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ODER for accuracy before proceeding with payment.

 6. Select payment method:

  • Select “PayPal” and the “Continue” button to be directed to PayPal – If you DO NOT have a PayPal account then select the very last button to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” OR  Select “Check” and the “Register” button to complete registration and receive mailing instructions for payment.

To Register for A Craft Table:

** Crafters must be selling hand crafted artisan items, DO NOT have a brick and mortar location and are not considered "Direct Sales" **

  1.  Please select from booths labeled as “Craft Table” 
  2. Crafters will automatically be registered to participate BOTH DAYS for $100
  3. If you wish to participate as a crafter for SATURDAY ONLY, please enter promo code “SATONLY” to reduce your booth cost to $75
  4. If you wish to purchase multiple craft tables, please refer to step 3 of instructions above.
