AT Low Interest Financial Loan Program - Loans between 3%-4% and amounts ranging between $500 - $50,000. Home modifications, vehicles, hearing aids, computers and more! 



CIL AT Matching Grants - Small matching grants provided through the seven (7) Center's for Independent Living in Maryland. 



Maryland Accessible Telecommunications - MAT provides FREE assessments, purchases, and installation of landline and mobile phones for consumers across the state who qualify. Phones are available for people with hearing loss, vision loss, physical disabilities, and I/DD. 



AT Discount Sales & Services - Negotiates discounts on a wide variety of AT and passes those discounts along to agencies, organizations, school districts, and individuals, ensuring consumers get the lowest prices possible when buying AT.

Portable threshold ramp on a single step

Summer Visiting Made Easier 


MDTAP oversees the Statewide Portable Ramp Access Project, making available a variety of portable ramps to consumers who need shorter-term ramp solutions. Ranging from threshold to 12', these ramps are housed at six (6) local Centers for Independent Living across the state:
