Player Check-In: Starts @ 12pm on Friday 3/6
2.
Player's Pack: Each players will receive:
(1) Discraft Big Z Disc or TDTM8 stamped disc
(pick your model)
(2) Jawbreaker Glo Discs (Roach & Zone)
(1) Event Shirt (Upgrade Options Available)
$10 Sun King Voucher (Sand Dollars)
(1) Bogey Free Bag w/Event Logo

Waiver & Wristbands: Everyone that is on the property must sign the waiver. Everyone will receive a wristband. Visitors must wear the wristband. Players,
during the tournament only, can opt in to have the wristband on their bag or cart, but once the round is over must put the wristband on.
4.
Parking: When arriving at the property, please be courteous and follow the instructions of the parking lot attendants. If you have concerns about where your vehicle will be parked, please explain to the parking lot attendants.
5.
Drinking Water/Restrooms: We will have water stations at Holes 1/8, Crossroads of Holes 6/10 & near the restroom on Holes 12/13. There are 3 restrooms (one for ladies only!) near Hole 1/Parking Lot and 1 restroom on Holes 12/13.

Digital Scoring: TDTM8 will be offering
PDGA Digital Scoring. We also will be issuing a paper scorecard as well for those that don't use digital scoring. Digital scores must be matched against the paper scorecard for accuracy. The paper scorecard must also be turned in to the Hole 1 starter.
7.
Course Maps: All course maps are uploaded to UDisc under Gran Canyon/Throw Down the Mountain.
8.
Out of Bounds: OB is marked and will be touched up on Friday afternoon.

Food Truck: We are stoked once again to feature
Beach Bunz, Fri-Sun both weekends!
10.
Awards & Payout: We will do awards and payout after each division has completed their rounds on Sunday and the scores are finalized, confirmed and uploaded. Players who leave before the awards ceremony/payout will be subject to shipping charges (10% + $3) to process their payout online.
11.
Ace Fund: If there are no aces, we will do a random draw and pick 3 winners.
12.
Smoking/Cigarette Butts: Smoking/Vaping is
NOT ALLOWED on the course during the tournament!
DO NOT throw your cigarette butts on the ground on any day of the week! We put a massive amount of work into this property and throwing cigarette butts on the ground is a total insult to our efforts. First offense can result in immediate removal from the property.
