A local organization that coordinates Wareham cleanup efforts is the big winner in the friendly competition between the Wareham Fire Department and the A.D. Makepeace Company to see who could get more blood donors.
Technically, we came in second place, so the Fire Department got to select the recipient of our $100 wager. They selected "
Don't Trash Wareham" - AND will pony up their own contribution to match ours.

state law and it's
common sense to protect yourself, your coworkers, and other people you care about.
Also, Governor Baker has signed an executive order which requires all travelers, residents and non-residents arriving in Massachusetts to quarantine for 14 days if coming from a state with a higher incidence of COVID-19 than MA. Right now, that includes all states except the New England states and New York, New Jersey and Hawaii. The order goes into effect on August 1. Read more
