Local Volunteer Available
ReEmployAbility gives injured workers the chance to volunteer their time in light duty positions until they are physically ready to return to their previous positions. Their employer pays their hourly wage while the employee volunteers. There is no cost to companies looking to be part of this program.
The volunteer would be able to assist with a variety of tasks as long as they are within their restrictions at typically for 32-40 hours per week. Examples include greeting customers, sorting and tagging items, dusting and organizing, answering phones, filing, etc.
