WHERE: Three locations to choose from!

BY WATER - Aspen St. to Alton Baker Boat Ramp

Join Willamette Riverkeeper's Eugene-Springfield River Guardians volunteer crew to float the river while removing trash and debris from the urban waterfront as we prepare for high water events in winter. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. Registration is required - please note which effort you will be joining to validate your registration.

Please be prepared for warmer temperatures - please bring a mask, and plan to wear pants and closed-toed shoes for safety purposes. Bring snacks and water to stay hydrated. PFDs for ON WATER participants and MASKS are required for everyone.

ON LAND MAURIE JACOBS PARK: Please meet on the south side of the Valley River Footbridge to check-in and recieve instructions and tools.

ON LAND ALTON BAKER PARK: Please meet at the Sun sculpture at the pond closest to the river to check-in and receive instructions and tools.

ON WATER - MEET AT ASPEN STREET BOAT RAMP.

Boaters: be early and unload at 8:30AM for self shuttle to Alton Baker Park and back. All BYOB participants should be able to adequately paddle in class 2 water, as there are some tricky places to navigate.

Trash bags, pickers, gloves, tarps and tools for trash removal will be supplied. Please BRING MASKS for on land preparations and shuttles.
