Sea Pines CSA Relative & Commercial 2021 Annual Decals
PLEASE NOTE- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROPERTY OWNER DECALS

The Sea Pines CSA Office is accepting annual pass decal applications for 2021. To apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/csa-decal-application. We will begin issuing annual Sea Pines CSA Decals for non-Sea Pines property owners beginning Monday, December 7, 2020, by appointment only. The CSA Office Administration Staff will notify each business /individual via phone when the 2021 decal(s) are ready for pickup.

2021 Relative Decals and Commercial Decals are required for entry by 2/1/2021.

Relative Decals- If you have an immediate family member that requires an annual decal for 2021, please ensure the CSA Office receives the following:
  • A completed online Decal Application found at www.seapinesliving.com/request
  • Written authorization from the property owner to permit your immediate family member to purchase an annual decal. This can be uploaded to the online application or sent via email to: securityadmin@csaseapines.com. Please state your relatives name, relation and your Sea Pines property address. (Qualifying immediate family members are: son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, sister or brother).
  • A copy of the relative’s current vehicle registration, valid insurance and driver’s license. These documents must state the relatives name.
  • $6 cash or check only. Checks to be made payable to: CSA Security.
  • Each immediate family member can only receive one (1) Relative Decal.

Please note: Relative Decals cannot be issued to immediate family members for properties with multiple owners. The Relative Decal does not allow for Tower Beach access, unless accompanied by the Sea Pines Residential Property Owner.

Commercial Decals- If you will be purchasing a commercial decal on behalf of your contractor / worker, please ensure the CSA Office receives the following:
  • A completed online Decal Application found at www.seapinesliving.com/request
  • A copy of the contractor’s current vehicle registration, valid insurance and driver’s license. These documents must state the contractors name or business name.
  • Cash or check only accepted. Checks to be made payable to: CSA Security.
  • The commercial decal fee varies depending on the number of axles on the vehicle (and trailer). Click here for commercial fee information.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project
On Thursday, December 3rd, Sea Pines CSA began Phase 1 of the North Sea Pines Drive Reconstruction Project, along North Sea Pines Drive, from the Lighthouse Road Intersection to Red Cardinal Road. The first step in this project is the installation of erosion control and tree protection and is not anticipated to cause any major disruption in traffic.

Night Work To Occur Next Week From Greenwood Drive Gate to Sea Pines Circle

  • Due to cold weather, Roadway repairs from the Greenwood Drive Gate to Sea Pines Circle have been rescheduled from the week of December 1 to the week of December 7, between the hours of 6:30 PM – 12:00 AM, weather permitting
  • Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single-lane closures in the designated work zone
  • Motorists should expect minor traffic delays in the project area and are asked to please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices
2021 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessments

The CSA Board of Directors have approved the 2021 residential assessments. Amounts due will be $1,110 for an improved lot and $661 for an unimproved lot. Invoices will be mailed the first week in December with the balance being due on January 11, 2021. As always, payment plans are available by contacting Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. We appreciate your timely remittance.
Sea Pines CSA to Host Deep Well Donation Event
A Deep Well Donation Drop off event has been scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Rd. Suite #120) on Thursday, December 10 from 8:00 AM - Noon.
