Biology Trip to UVA

Our 8th grade Biology class visited Dr. Liu's Neurology lab at UVA this week to learn about brain structure and function from a group of graduate and undergraduate neuroscience students. This was an excellent opportunity to learn about the frontiers of biomedical research directly from the scientists conducting the experiments. A special thank you goes to Dr. Liu for setting up this wonderful experience for our 8th graders!
