Dance Year 2020-2021
We hope everyone had an amazing summer, whether you spend time with us dancing or just plain relaxing. We hope you will join us again for the 2020-2021 year.
Fall Dance Camps begin on Monday, August 17, 2020. We have quite a few students registered for these camps. Many classes will fill up quicker as we have limited enrollment per class.
Schedules are located on our website www.SEDAdance.com
or at the studio.

Cleaning and Entrance/ Exit Protocols:

In an effort to keep SEDA as a clean and safe environment for our dancers, we are maintaining new protocols that will be followed throughout this 2020-2021 dance season until the threat of Covid 19 has subsided.

All students enter their dance classroom through the outside doors located on the sides of the building, not through the main lobby. The doors are clearly labled with the color of each room for your reference. Your students classroom assignment can be found in your Welcome Letter, on the fall schedule, and will be listed on the outside of the classroom.

The main Lobby is an Exit Only now. Parents are only permitted in the building if restroom use is needed or for special circumstances. Please pay on our parent portal, ACH through a checking account or call the office. You can find this form on our website and in your Welcome Letter email. We ask parents to drop off their students.  If you prefer to wait- we politely request that you social distance outside or wait in your cars.

At the door all students will be given hand sanitizer and temperature checked with our infrared Thermometers. We have stickers on the studio floors marking a 6ft apart distance for students to abide by and SEDA Staff will be wearing masks. Please send students with their own water as our fountains will not be in use. Students are to bring their dance shoes into the rooms with them.  We can assist with shoe changes for our little ones.  Students may leave the dance rooms only to use the restrooms.

Every dance room will be cleaned between groups to help maintain a safe dance space for our students & staff.  Our cafĂ© & lobby area will not be available. Students should arrive just prior to class time and be picked up promptly.   All exiting students will be escorted to the lobby white doors for parent pick up.   Any student not picked up will be brought back to the office.  If you are going to be late- just call the office.

Each student MUST have a signed Parent/Guardian Attestation form with them or emailed into the office at the beginning of EVERY dance week to participate. This form will be emailed out and can also be found on our website.
Reminders:
  • Used Shoes- We have a limited supply in our used shoe bins. If you have used shoes that your dancer has out grown, please bring them in to sell!! (Write your Name, Size and Cost and place them in a Zip-lock Bag)
  • Bring a Friend Program runs year-round. For every friend you refer that registers you receive 1/2 off your next months tuition.
  • Make sure your child checks your mailbox on their way out. This is how we get information to you!
  • Oleander Parking Lot- Please do not park in the brick building's parking lot next door. That is not ours. Ours is the gravel parking lot behind the building. Access it from Mulberry Street. If you stay during your child's class, please park behind the building. There are plenty of marked spaces. This makes it easier for the parents that are picking up and dropping off. Thank You.
  • Mom's, Please put your dancers names in all dance shoes and masks. New shoes all look alike therefore they easily get lost.
