June Home Sales Set New High Since Great Recession
|
 Washington, DC - The National Association of Home Buiders reports that - in a sign that the housing market is leading the economy during the coronavirus outbreak - sales of newly built, single-family homes rose to their highest level since the Great Recession. Sales were up 13.8 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 776,000 units in June.
