A Message from Mayor Susan Shin Angulo

Dear Neighbor:
As we enter into the holiday season, it is important for us to remember we are still in the midst of a second wave of infections of COVID-19 and the numbers of positive cases continues to rise. We must remain vigilant and practice the recommended CDC guidelines to ensure we are best protecting ourselves and others during this difficult time.
Normally, at this time of year, our community comes together to celebrate the start of the holidays. Since our circumstances right now do not allow for that, we have put together some great ideas to help celebrate the holidays safety alongside our community members.
-
We want to hear about your favorite holiday traditions. It can be anything from the way you spend time as a family, your favorite decorations, food dishes, etc. By submitting a video, photo, or text - your tradition will be featured in a short video clip on our website and social media pages.
-
Join us for our first Festival of Lights House Tour! We are putting together a list of homes to be part of the Festival of Lights House Tour, which will map out decorated homes throughout Cherry Hill. Each house will be included on a town-wide map that residents can view. Participants will also have the option to be entered into the “best decorated house” competition.
-
The Cherry Hill Fire Department's Santa Tour will continue once again this year. Find out when Santa will be visiting your neighborhood by visiting the map located on our website.
To learn more about any of the holiday celebrations, check out the listings below or visit our website.
Please continue to stay safe.
Sincerely,

Cherry Hill Residents Join Together to Support a Healthy Ecosystem
|
|
|
The Cherry Hill Environmental Board is spearheading a township initiative to become a National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat Community.
Recognizing the need to restore habitat that has been lost due to development, residents have created pollinator gardens, nesting sites, and feeding stations in their yards and on their balconies. A healthy ecosystem, which supports our valuable wildlife species, creates cleaner air and water, and more abundant gardens and farms.
Visit NWF.org/certify to join our community effort. Work through the simple checklist, and certify your property today! We need 150 more residents to help us achieve our goal and make Cherry Hill an even better place to live.
