Grown Minnesota! Partnership Data Shows Small Businesses Continue To Innovate And Grow
The Minnesota Chamber's Grow Minnesota! Partnership recently released a report that illustrates the results of nearly 1,000 one-on-one consultations with business owners and operators throughout Minnesota. The report shows that Minnesota's economy remains stable and resilient, despite fears of an economic slowdown and the uncertainty surrounding tariffs and international trade deals. And while demand and business confidence are steady, job growth has slowed to a crawl as businesses face significant challenges finding and retaining workers.

In particular, small businesses showed signs of innovation and growth:

20% more likely to find the workers they need than larger employers.
64% report growth in revenue compared to 8% that report a decrease.
61% (a majority) added new products and services.
