Our office is closed Wednesday, November 25 - Monday, November 30. Our office will remain closed to the public on Mondays until further notice. On behalf of the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce, Happy Thanksgiving!

Share Your Message on the Lakeview East Tree of Hope
As the holidays approach, we look for hope for the future and spread our love to our families, friends, and community. This year, the Lakeview East Community Partnership would like to spread the love for our community by displaying your personal messages of hope on our Tree of Hope. Your message of hope could be sent to a person, business, or the Lakeview East community.

For a donation to the Lakeview East Community Partnership, your message will be displayed on an ornament on the Tree of Hope. Your donation helps support local nonprofits and brings programming to our community. To make a donation and write your message, click here!

Help Save Our Illinois Restaurants
The IRA continues to call on Governor Pritzker to adjust the state of Illinois mitigation plan to all for indoor service at restaurants.

You can further amplify our campaign to protect restaurants by joining the 10,000+ people that have urged the state to change its mitigation plan to allow for continued indoor service at restaurants.

After you take 10 seconds to send a message, share the link on social media so your industry colleagues - employees, suppliers, fellow operators, and more - can add their voice.

Giver's Gift is Going Virtual!

The Lakeview East Giver's Gift Promotion is back for the 24th year, with more businesses than ever before! Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our office is taking the necessary precautions to carry on with the program, safely. We will be completely virtual this year, meaning - receipts will be emailed to us instead of brought into the office.

90% of independent venues could close permanently if we all don't act NOW.

We join with NIVA - National Independent Venue Association in asking Congress to pass the #SaveOurStages Act as part of the next COVID relief package to provide critical funding to help independent venues survive. Even if you've done it before, take meaningful action again by contacting your local legislators in just 30 seconds at SaveOurStages.com.

Your voice matters - Tell your legislators to save independent music venues! Help us #SaveOurStages by telling Congress to ACT NOW!
What's On in the Belmont Theater District?
Just minutes from downtown in Chicago's Lakeview and Lakeview East neighborhoods, the Belmont Theater District is home to more than 50 theaters and hundreds of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

Amidst recent suspension of group gatherings and, thus, live performances, many Belmont District Theaters have opted into providing digital, remote and streaming programming for patrons to enjoy from the comfort of their own homes.

Quarantine (the Card Game) is Here Just in Time for the Holidays!

We're a local Lakeview business and would like to partner with Lakeview restaurants and retailers to help during this difficult time.

Quarantine retails for $20.20 (a reference to this crazy year we're all living through). I'm making the game available wholesale at $10 a deck. This makes a great add-on at the register for in store sales and online for restaurants offering delivery services. We have 5 star reviews of the game.

To learn more or place an order, just email deann@getquarantine.com or call 773-968-2274. You can learn more about the game at our website at https://getquarantine.com. Wishing you all the best!
