Center Point Road NE Lane Reduction

Work is progressing along Center Point Road. Storm sewer is installed from Coe Road to F Avenue and will continue to be installed to the north over the upcoming weeks. Water main work has begun and will proceed from Coe Road toward F Avenue.

While there may be some temporary disruptions to driveway, please know that all businesses are open.

Traffic continues to be reduced to one lane, southbound, with the work occurring in the left lane.

About the Project

The project on Center Point Road NE stretches from Coe Road to Lincoln Avenue. Improvements include pavement reconstruction, sidewalk replacement, ADA sidewalk ramps, on-street bike lanes, utilities (water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer), and conversion of the roadway from one-way to two-way traffic. It is scheduled for completion this fall. This is Phase 1 of a two-phase project. Phase 2 includes Lincoln Avenue to J Avenue and will bid in fall 2022 for construction in spring 2023.
