Dear IS Families,
We want to take this opportunity to thank our Intermediate School students and families for their continued support and partnership in your child’s learning! As the Thanksgiving holiday is upon us, we are reminded of the things we are grateful for and on behalf of the Intermediate School staff, we are grateful for ALL of you!
CVIS is pleased to invite every one of our families to participate in National Family Code Nights, a free live-stream family learning event on December 1 at 7:00 PM. Regardless of physical location, our school’s community can share this wonderful learning experience in which each child pairs up with a parent or other older partner to do their very first hour of coding together! No experience needed! Family members, teachers and educators can join the live-stream from home to enjoy an important, delightful experience. So save the date and get ready for a community learning experience the whole family will love and value. More information can be found by clicking here.
As a reminder, this week, we will have virtual learning on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week. On Thursday and Friday there will be no instruction for the Fall Break. Next week, there will be no virtual instruction on Monday for Fall Break or Tuesday for a professional development day. There will be virtual learning on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. During the virtual instruction days, classroom teachers will be offering Google Meet instructional sessions as well as providing instruction and materials through Google Classroom. Please reach out to your child’s teacher with any questions.
Have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!

May 4, 2021 - Primary School
May 5, 2021 - Middle School
Screenings
