Words From Sandy and Nick
In January 2019 Co-Owner Sandy Johnson assumed majority control of Hawkins Safety, from co-owner Nick Johnson, and has been operating the business in an official affiliation with East Coast Energy Consultants. Hawkins has now been a majority woman-owned company for over 1 year.

In January of 2020, Hawkins launched their new website introducing a brand new electric-cool logo. The new logo embodies the heritage of Hawkins' relationship with the transmission line industry, while providing protective equipment and supplies.

The website provides updates on safety related communications, upcoming events, along with deals on items in stock, and helpful answers to frequently asked questions. Sandy and the team are excited for 2020.

It's Dielectric Time....
Steve Davies joined the Hawkins team in September 2019, as a member of ECEC, to develop, build, and operationalize our very own rubber goods dielectric testing lab, right here in Farmington, NH. Steve comes to us with over 25 years in the transmission line industry and will be overseeing the lab construction with a planned " Grand Opening" on May 1st, 2020. Steve has many talents and excels at creative construction and building. Hawkins is going to have the very first "Artisan" Dielectric Testing Lab. Learn More About the Lab.
December, 2019
Shaking Things Up A Bit.
Eric joined the team this past December to spearhead business development efforts as well as grow Hawkins' social media presence. He comes to us from an Ag-Tech Startup as a Business Development Manager, and also has over 10 year in Law Enforcement and Professional Photography. Eric is also working with Steve to develop operations for the Dielectric Testing Lab. He like long walks...in the mountains, working outside, and he enjoys a fine cup of dark roast black coffee. Eric has many interests and enjoys science and nature. We're excited to welcome Eric to the Team. Learn More About Eric
