Immanuel Family,  Immanuel is blessed beyond measure! The Ministry of Immanuel is an exciting one to be a part of. Each day is filled with sharing the love of Jesus with each one of your students, and it is a pleasure.  Our school has welcomed over 420 students into our building this year. We have also completed the blessing of double grades here at Immanuel with adding our additional 8th grade classroom. Again, what a blessing it is to see God work in this place! Our Lion Life newsletter will come via email every 2nd/4th Friday of the month. Please be sure to read through this, and save it for your reference.  I am excited to invite you to our Curriculum Night here at Immanuel on Tuesday September 14, 2021 from 6:00-7:00pm. The teachers will be in their classrooms for you to meet, and be ready to go over any curriculum questions that you may have. For our older students, the Lutheran High Schools in the area will also be joining us in the Gym. This is a good time to check out what's coming next after your time at Immanuel!  Be Bold! Be Brave! VIP Day A special invitation will be coming home with your student on Monday! There will be lots of information on all of the special things this day brings each year for the students.  3K/4K VIP day will be held on Thursday September 30, 2021 5K-8th VIP day will be held on Friday October 1, 2021

CAFETERIA ACCOUNT & HOT LUNCH NEWS Immanuel made a change to the notification system for cafeteria account balances. You will now receive notifications once your account has less than $5 in it. These will be emailed weekly. If you do not utilize the account and have a zero balance please disregard this notification. Our school information system provider, Sycamore, is working on a work-around for accounts with a zero balance. Parent Teacher League (PTL) News Fall Fest will be held Friday October 1, 2021. Watch for an invitation email from PTL with all the fun activities that are being planned for that night! This is a great night for families to come and meet other families, and enjoy a night being a part of Immanuel!  The Annual PTL Golf Outing is being held on Saturday September 18, 2021. Information on this came home via email earlier in the week.  PTL will host meetings throughout the year! We were excited to have new members join, and always welcome more. We will keep you posted with our next meeting date.

Picture Day Individual and class photos will be taken on September 17th. Our 3K Tues/Thur and our retakes will be taken on November 18th. Please make sure your children are here one of those days. COVID-19 Update Just a friendly reminder, if someone in your home is being tested for COVID-19, no one in the home should come to school until a negative test is given. Please remember to keep your children home from school if they are sick. Our goal, to remain learning in school only can happen if we all follow these guidelines. Fever free for 24 hours with no medication. 24 hour vomit free before returning to school. Thank you for helping and partnering with us!

Parking Lot Just a reminder that if you would like to park and drop your kids off please don't park in our back lot. Our childcare workers need to use those for work. We have plenty of space in our upper lot right next to Hampton Rd. Thank you
