Vehicle Maintenance: The Care & Feeding of Paratransit Bus Fleets

The Care & Feeding of Paratransit Bus Fleets will be presented by nationally known bus fleet maintenance consultant Halsey King. The course will include:

- Replacement vs. repair of parts
- Preventative maintenance program development

- Mechanic skill sets – what managers need to know
- Federal and state safety regulations for buses
- The modular bus inspection process (direct from DOT)
- Complete the inspection process
- ADA and its requirements for maintenance programs
- Documentation and its importance for your fleet
- Unexpected costs headed your way
