We had a terrific time Saturday as a guest at New England Science & Sailing NESS's We Love Whales - a public education event at the Public Library of New London. It was a great fit.
We brought a sample of real baleen, and right at the next table NESS had a hands-on project simulating how some whales use baleen to gather nourishment!

We have 2 events this week, 1. photographer / bird fancier Matthew Male's talk is today - Sunday - at 2 PM, and then something new, 2. OPEN MIC at the Museum Thursday, 5-8 PM.
