CLIENTS SPEAK OUT -
"I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The intake counselor I spoke with made me feel comfortable and was so kind and reassuring. The time spent in the program both made it feasible to pay off my debt and it provided a time of forced change in my spending habits, which has helped me to be more financially healthy coming out of my debt management plan. The physical congratulations letter in the mail was also a really nice touch that I appreciated. Thank you!" ~ Sarah E.
"They were always professional and helpful whenever I had any questions. Thank you so much!” ~ April R.
"I loved my experience. I never would have paid off this debt without your program. Thanks!" ~ Leah H.
Under The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021, Pennsylvania has been allocated $350 million through the federal Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) to help homeowners behind on their mortgage and other home-related expenses due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has been designated by the state legislature to administer this program in the commonwealth. As a network agency with PHFA, Advantage CCS is committed to providing all PA residents with quality homebuyer and foreclosure prevention counseling.
To that end, we will continue to keep consumers notified of any upcoming assistance programs for those directly affected by the pandemic. Any updates to program dates will be announced in our upcoming newsletters or on our Facebook page.
For residents outside of Pennsylvania, please consult with your State's Housing Finance Agency or visit https://www.hud.gov/ for agencies in your area.
