How Much Should I Drink?

According to anecdotal cases, two 16-oz. bottles to begin with appear to get good results.

If you can only afford one bottle a day; it is certainly better than nothing.

For proper hydration; drink some other clean water to satisfy four to five 16-oz. bottle equivalents of water per day.

  • Drop cash envelope at my office with your name, email, cell phone, and how many 16-oz. bottles TOTAL you wish to drink a day @ $3.75/bottle. You generally want enough bottles to last you at least two months.

  • Most drink 2 a day minimum = 60 bottles/month; 120 for 2 months. (Recycle in your recycle bins for now.)
