Mary Carter’s career with ASuperior began on July 24th, 1996 when our company was located in Conyers. Mary started as an Operator, has worked first, second, overnight and split shifts.   Mary made the transition to Madison and in recent years joined our remote operator team. She has worked wherever we needed her without hesitation, has proven her dedication through the years. Month after month and year after year Mary had perfect attendance. ASuperior & Solicitors Many of you have contacted us about receiving messages on your account from solicitors. We are as frustrated with these calls are many of you are. We don’t want to waste time and money on these calls, but we also want to make sure you receive messages that are important to you. We want to explain our policy and ways you can help us reduce the number of solicitation calls you receive...

Challenges Solicitation calls from live callers have changed over the years, they now call from local numbers (not toll free) and they are willing to leave a message for a callback. They have become creative in what they say and it can often be hard for our agents to determine if they are calling because you do business with them or if it is an unsolicited solicitation. If it’s an obvious solicitation, we will tell the caller “We are not interested, please remove our number from your calling list”. If in doubt, we ask agents to take a message since our business model is to take messages for our clients, not to refuse calls. Please know that we are filtering these calls to the best of our ability. Automated, or Robocalls, are easy to identify and our agents are trained to immediately hang up on any robocall calls. ** NOTE: If you subscribe to any services that have automated messages introducing the call or asking to press a key to accept the call - you must notify us so we can make a note on your account. Otherwise, these calls sound like robocalls and we may prematurely hang up on the call. Examples include Google voice, 33mile, etc.  How You Can Help 1 - Register your business number with the Do Not Call Registry​ HERE. 2 - If you are receiving these calls when you are answering, ask to be removed from the call list OR press the appropriate button to be removed from the list. 3 - Know that the STIR/SHAKEN policy is effective June 2021 which will require callerID numbers to be verified. Hopefully, this will reduce the number of solicitations/robocalls. Read the FCC report ​HERE.
