Megan's Message

Friends,

One year ago this month the Carpenter Center suspended its season due to COVID-19. So much has changed for all of us, but we now find ourselves in a new spring filled with new hope. I’m heartened by the effectiveness of multiple vaccines and by our shared efforts to slow the virus.

Looking forward, the Carpenter Center will continue to host important virtual events, like our upcoming conversation with Civil Rights Attorney Benjamin Crump on March 24, as well as offer students and our community a variety of educational programs through Arts for Life.

From virtual events to the eventual return of in-person shows, the Carpenter Center’s programming will continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of our patrons, the wider arts community and our artists. I’m so grateful for your continued support and look forward with you to the day when we can gather together to be enriched by performances on our stage.

Sincerely,
Megan Kline Crockett
