We hope you have been enjoying the new year. May you remember how deeply, deeply you are loved by the Divine. May you remember that love is the most powerful and healing energy in the universe. Love indeed is synonymous with God. God is deeply invested in our peace, well being, joy and prosperity. Photo here is of my son Daniel and I recently hiking at Zion National Park! My time with him reminds me of the expansive energy of love. The more we love, the MORE we LOVE...

Love indeed is an amazing feeling we experience. But love is much more than a feeling. It is a verb. Love at its highest and best manifestation is action. What does love call us to do on any given day? In any given moment? I have been contemplating these questions a great deal lately. How does love call us to be in the world? What role does love have in your life? What have you done for love? How has love helped you to heal and grow? Do you treat yourself with love? Do you practice self-love?

I humbly believe that each of us yearns to love and be loved. It is the most powerful energy that resides in our hearts. Each of us desires to have a loving relationship with ourselves and others.

When we choose love as our spiritual compass, we treat ourselves and others with kindness, compassion, respect, generosity of spirit and spaciousness. Why is that? Because love is an expansive and infinite energy. The more we love, the more we love. Love has no limitations. Love inspires us to do better, to be better, to practice forgiveness and to own our shadows- the parts of ourselves that create harm and hurt ourselves and others. There is such a strength and fierceness about love. It allows us to be brave and courageous, to keep showing up, to practice being comfortable with being uncomfortable and to not run away. To stand steady and strong when the seas of life are tumultuous. Love also guides us to soften, be gentle and vulnerable with ourselves and others. As you know, love is a deeply transformative energy!

Love invites us to experience passion and ecstasy in its grandest manifestations on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual basis.

Yoga and meditation are sacred practices of self-love; and also practices to deepen our love for and with the Divine.
Massage and craniosacral treatments are opportunities to practice self-love. All of these practices help us remember our wholeness and worthiness. When we remember our divine fullness, it inspires and motivates us to live and act from a place of love and our innate goodness.

At times, we all experience so much heartache and pain and usually it is because we forget our divine wholeness and goodness. We become veiled from our sacredness and we begin to think and act in an impoverished "less than" mode in our thoughts, words and actions. We become disconnected from our highest Self and others and we tend to become more fearful and anxious, focus on what is wrong with ourselves and our world and embody a belief of "not being, having or doing enough."

Each time we come on our mats and/or sit in meditation, we get to remember that our essence is DIVINE LOVE and that DIVINE LOVE lives in each of our relationships. We have an ongoing invitation to choose to align with this sacred energy each day. Yoga & meditation are pathways to choose to live from a place of DIVINE LOVE. Come join us to live in your Fullness, Worth & Love!
