2021/22 Re-enrollment and Applications Timelines

Dear St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School Families,
 
Happy New Year!  Believe it or not, it is time to start the re-enrollment and application process for the 2021/22 school year. The initial wave of the process opens the FACTS Re-enrollment Portal to our current students, allowing them first priority in filling spots for next year.  Next, we will open the FACTS Application Portal to siblings of current students, inviting them to take advantage of preferred status.  Finally, during Catholic Schools Week, we will open the FACTS Application Portal for outside applicants. 

Current Student Re-enrollment:
Re-enrollment for current Preschool - 7th Grade students will begin on Tuesday, January 19 by logging into your FACTS Parent Portal account and selecting the "Apply/Enroll" option and then "Enrollment/Re-enrollment."  A non-refundable portion of the Enrollment Fee, in the amount of $150, will be used as a deposit to secure your child's space for the Fall. This deposit is payable online upon completion of your student's re-enrollment, no later than Friday, February 12.  The remaining $350 balance of the non-refundable $500 Enrollment Fee, will be due no later than Friday, March 19 through FACTS.

2021/22 Tuition and Fees will not increase more than 2%.  Tuition will be announced in February after administrators receive budget projections from the Diocese of Orange at the end of January.  Those wishing to apply for Tuition Assistance will be able to do so beginning Tuesday, February 16 - Friday, March 5.  Tuition Assistance Award Notifications will begin Monday, March 22.

Sibling Applications:
Sibling Applications will be available online beginning Monday, January 25 by logging into your FACTS Parent Portal account and selecting the "Apply/Enroll" option and then "Application."  All sibling applications must be completed and submitted no later than Monday, February 8. Upon completion of your student's application, a non-refundable, Application Fee of $100 is payable online. The Application Fee will increase to $125 on March 31.   

Notification of acceptance will begin in early February starting with our Early Childhood Program and continue later in the month with Kindergarten through 8th Grade applicants.  If space is not available, we will advise you of your position on the class wait list.  Once your student has been accepted, you will be prompted to complete online enrollment and submit a non-refundable $500 Enrollment Fee.
