Feeding Asylum Seekers at the Southern Border
Alice Edgell of St. Nicholas', Newark, asks, "What can you buy these days for $1,100? A refrigerator? How about supper for 700 asylum seekers at the border of Brownsville, Texas and Matamoros, Mexico?

Southern Border Humanitarian Mission Trip Planned!
Following in the footsteps of Edgell, Leech, and Burchess, Maria Perez and Carter Bowersox of St. Barnabas are planning a mission trip to help feed the refugees at the southern border, at the end of March / beginning of April, working with Interfaith Team Brownsville. Money will be raised to cover costs. If you are interested in accompanying them, please contact them via email by clicking on their names above, no later than February 14, so they can purchase plane tickets and arrange lodging.

United Thank Offering 2020 Annual Grants, Application deadline March 6, 2020
Applications for the 2020 United Thank Offering (UTO) Annual Grants is March 6. The focus of these annual grants is Bless: Share faith, practice generosity and compassion, and proclaim the Good News of God in Christ with hope and humility. The Episcopal Church  Joint Standing Committee for Nominations for General Convention has issued a call for nominations for Episcopal Church positions, committees, and boards. Elections will take place at the 80th General Convention, to be held in Baltimore, Maryland, June 30 – July 9, 2021. More information
ERD is providing emergency assistance through the relief and development agency of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines, to communities impacted by a succession of recent natural disasters. Since October 2019, the Philippines has been struck by multiple magnitude 6 and higher earthquakes affecting more than 300,000 people, followed by Typhoon Phanfone on Christmas Day, and the eruption of the Taal volcano causing the evacuation of more than 53,000 people . Please pray for all affected by these crises. Donations may be made to the Disaster Response Fund 
General Convention Office Launches Online Tool: Mapping Demographics and Parochial Report Data  
Beginning in January 2020, congregational and diocesan leaders in The Episcopal Church will have access to a new online resource for understanding history and visioning the future with the data collected through the Parochial Report. The General Convention Office has contracted with Datastory Consulting to create a web-based, interactive tool to map data. "This tool provides a robust platform for communities to understand and use their data in new and exciting ways,” says deputy executive officer, the Rev. Molly James. More information
EYE20 Registration now open for diocesan delegations. The theme for EYE20 is “unite! ¡unámonos!”
Registration is now open for diocesan delegations for the 2020 Episcopal Youth Event (EYE20), which will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD), Diocese of Washington, July 7-11, 2020.
Registration for EYE20 is being offered to provincial, diocesan, congregational, and other Episcopal organizational delegations as long as all EYE20 participation and chaperone criteria are met. 
Registration for Open Delegations, bishops, staff, and guests opened on January 27, 2020.
