BIOGRAPHIES
Virginie Derue
Head of ESG Research, AXA IM

Virginie leads AXA IM's ESG thematic research focusing on key themes such as climate, biodiversity, social as well as responsible technology. She joined AXA IM in 1998 and spent much of her career as a senior portfolio manager within the Fixed Income team. She was Co-Head of the Euro Credit team from 2011- 2013 and Head of Credit Book for AXA from 2014-2019, supervising the credit quality of AXA Group's portfolio. Most recently, she was appointed Coordinator of Corporate Credit Research, overseeing the integration of ESG risks and opportunities in fundamental research. Virginie graduated from ESCP Business School with a Masters in Finance and holds a MSc in Finance Research from University of Paris Dauphine.

Petra Dismorr
CEO, North Peak Advisory

Petra is co-founder, CEO and manages the overall business of NorthPeak Advisory, a boutique advisory partnering with asset managers, asset owners and corporates to advance their ESG practices and capabilities to create a lasting ESG approach. Petra has 15 years' experience of hedge fund sales and marketing from both the buyside and the sellside. Most recently she ran EMEA business development for Bardin Hill. Prior to that she spent 7 years as a Director on Citigroup's EMEA Capital Introduction Team. There Petra assisted Citigroup's hedge fund clients with their asset raising needs and global institutional investors with their allocation searches. Petra started her career on the buyside in business development roles at Lincoln Vale and Absolute Capital Management. Petra holds a Masters in International Economics from Lund University, Sweden, the ESG CFA and a Masterclass in Private Equity from LBS. Petra is on the board of Remora, a cyber security company, as well as a Development Board Member of the Ashden trust. She is an active supporter of Conservation International.

Emilie Fleury
Head of Marketing, Arvella Investments

Emilie is Deputy COO and Portfolio Manager. Before joining Arvella, Emilie worked in London as an institutional relationship manager for the UK and France Morningstar Investment Management companies. Emilie holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Panthéon-Assas- Paris II and a Masters degree in Asset Management from University of Paris Dauphine.

Celine Demonsang
Investor Relations/ Product Specialist - Alternative Investments, Carmignac

Celine joined Carmignac in 2019. She started her career as an Alternative Investment Analyst for Brighton House Associates in Boston. In 2014, she became product specialist covering hedge fund strategies at Mellon Capital. in 2015 she was appointed Client Portfolio manager at Candriam (a New York Life Investments company) in Paris to cover hedge fund strategies and later Head of Client Portfolio Management. Celine graduated from the Girard Business School at Merrimack College, in Boston.
