A few new and exciting developments for the city were recently announced. Including an 8,000 seat outdoor amphitheater in Northgate and a new Marriott hotel by the Colorado Springs Airport (developed by Jim DiBiase with Olive). There is so much happening in the city and more to come!

2021 POWER BROKER AWARDS

Every year CoStar recognizes the Top firms and brokers in each market that completed the most transactions that year. Olive Real Estate has consistently been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker. For 2021 Olive was named the Top Leasing and Top Sales Firm of the year in the Colorado Springs market. Paul Rubley and Jim DiBiase were also named Top Brokers.
