Since the start of his career, Jeremy has applied his talent and skills at some of the country's finest resorts including: Many Glacier Hotel, Montana, The Breakers and Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Florida, The Wigwam and Royal Palms in Phoenix, Arizona, The Cloister and The Lodge at Sea Island, Georgia, Nemacolin Woodlands in Farmington, Pennsylvania and most recently as the corporate chef & vice president of food & beverage for The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, W.V. Now in his partnership at The Stone House, Chef Critchfield is building upon the restaurant's rich history to create a food, beverage & hospitality program to become the leader in food quality and offerings, guest service, catered events and sustainable business with initiatives to create a great local dining experience and the place to stay when visiting the greater Ohiopyle area.
