A big loud shout out to local realtors, Donna & Camille Steele from Royal LePage Kelowna, for making a substantial donation of $2035.00 to the North Westside Fire/Rescue Department.
This generous donation is a percentage of commissions made from real estate sales and the mother/daughter duo “plan on doing this often.”
Donna says, “its nice to be able to give a contribution to a very hardworking, integrity driven community of volunteers that pledge to keep us safe on a daily basis. A great big huge thanks to our North Westside Fire Department. You are immensely appreciated.”

Donna & Camille have been part of our community for many years and they have made donations to support several community groups. Both have volunteered on the NWCA Board. Donna served as a director for a couple years and Camille is currently a director on the Board.
In their personal lives, Donna & Camille are crossing the border next week to give a life saving donation. Camille is donating a kidney to a close family friend. We wish her and their family friend all the best and look forward to their safe return home on July 22nd.
