Prom
Prom will be held on Saturday, May 1 from 8-11 PM at Butte Des Morts Country Club. Tickets will only be available to Xavier seniors, each of whom may bring one opposite-gender guest.

No freshmen are allowed at Prom. No meal will be served - we ask groups to eat at home this year. Students will be required to wear masks at the dance, and all Prom attendees understand that they will be considered close contacts should a case of COVID be identified among the Prom goers. There will be no school-sponsored post-prom this year.

Service Hours
Since service hours have been more difficult to accumulate this school year, we will be making an adjustment to the expectation for the 2020-2021 school year.

Class of 2021 - All seniors will need 60 hours of approved community service, at least 15 of which must done for the parishes.

Classes of 2022-2024 - The May deadline for 20 service hours to be completed during this school year will be waived. Students will need to make sure they have this year's 20 hours made up in the time between now and their graduation. Please note - a sophomore who did 60 hours of service as a freshman can only count 20 of those hours toward his required 80. The remaining 60 will need to be completed between the beginning of his sophomore year and graduation, with 20 per year as the non-pandemic rule.
