Survey for Registered Nurses from the
University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Nursing
A nation-wide study recruiting registered nurses (RNs) who provide patient care (i.e., in-person, virtual, telephone, etc.) in primary care across the United States is being conducted by researchers at the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Nursing. Registered nurses in APRN or formal nurse leadership roles are not eligible for this study.

Registered nurses in primary care are essential members of many healthcare teams yet little is known about what influences their job satisfaction. The researchers want to learn more about how leadership, practice environment, and nurse characteristics influence satisfaction of RNs working in primary care.

It is anticipated the survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and answers are completely anonymous. Nurses who complete the survey can enter a drawing for 1 of 20, $50 gift cards.
