February 2020 Newsletter
President's Message

Dear TRASA Members:

TRASA's mission has always been to provide an environment for members to grow and prosper by association with one another.

Over the course of the last several years our industry has been changing how we all do business with each other as suppliers, distributors and end-users.

Information travels much faster than ever before through social channels, buying and selling is more readily available online and our customers are more educated. These advancements have been great but the challenges are real. What we all do in our businesses whether we sell apparel, hard goods or services is we trying to bring people closer together. TRASA believes lasting relationships start with the personal feeling you get by shaking someone's hand at a trade show or getting a personal phone call from a new face you met while networking. I believe these social interactions have made each one of our companies unique and stand out to our customers by developing our individual networks of resources and becoming more educated allowing us to all be better solutions creators!

TRASA will continue to evolve to meet the everchanging landscape of our industry and try its best to service the growing needs of our membership. Our hope is that our organization has made an impact for both our suppliers and distributor members equally. It takes the support of both parts for us grow as an organization and to continually to provide better education, new shows and opportunities to network, as well as more convenient and useful online tools.

We will be conducting short ongoing membership surveys throughout the year to learn what's most important to each of you so please show your support by coming to out shows and events and please participate in our surveys so we can best support your growing needs.

Please take our first survey by clicking here. This survey will be open until March 3 at 5 p.m.

Sincerely,

Jake Huffmyer
TRASA President
