Welcome
Dear ,

Greetings from snowy Weston, where we are excited to welcome the winter, appreciate the holidays and the upcoming ski season, and enjoy all that makes Vermont fun and festive during the winter months. Bring it on!

2019 was an exceptional year for Mary Mitchell Miller Real Estate (MMMRE). Year to date statistics show:
  • MMMRE represented the sale or purchase of homes and land valued at more than $12 million.
  • MMMRE is the #1 local real estate office for combined sales in the towns of Weston, Landgrove, Londonderry and Andover.
  • MMMRE is the #1 firm for sales in the towns of Weston and Landgrove, tied for #2 in Andover and is #3 in Londonderry (behind two much larger firms). We have also represented sales in Peru, Winhall, Stratton, Manchester, Ludlow, Cavendish, Grafton and Windham.
We are especially proud that through these efforts we welcomed 34 new homeowners to the area. We hope these new neighbors get involved in their new community, stay active and excited about Vermont and (of course!) keep in touch with us.

With that in mind, 2020 is shaping up to be another great year and we have some beautiful listings on hand and are working on several exciting properties that will come on the market later in the year.

The truth is that inventory is really LOW! I know this may seem surprising, but we are working with buyers in all price ranges who are ready to buy and simply can't find the property they're looking for. If you are thinking about selling, or are on the fence as to timing, NOW is the time to give us a call at (802)824-3176. We will put together a comprehensive market analysis, discuss pricing and timing, create a solid marketing plan and strategize for an optimal result in your best interest. We welcome the opportunity to represent you on the sale of your property.

With my very best wishes, please enjoy the holiday season and have a Merry Merry Christmas!

Resistance to new roads has continued ever since, from the Green Mountain Parkway to the building of the interstates. Novelist Deborah Lee Luskin asks, given this opposition, how is it we now drive cars in all seasons, in all weathers, in all corners of the state?
