Suncrest Bank continues to evaluate the developing situation regarding COVID-19 with our primary focus being to keep our entire community safe and healthy. While all branches remain open during regular business hours, we ask all customers to thoughtfully consider whether a visit to a branch is necessary.

If you do have to visit one of our branches you will notice a number of actions we are taking to help reduce the rate of spread of the virus. These actions are consistent with CDC and Federal and State Government recommendations.

  1. All employees are adhering to the CDC social distancing guidelines by remaining 6 feet apart.
  2. We are asking that all customers also adhere to these social distancing guidelines.
  3. Branch staff are monitoring branch traffic and, as needed, temporary occupancy restrictions will be applied to reduce the number of people in the branch.
  4. We are pausing the use of all client seating.
  5. Customers can still walk up at the counter, but we encourage social distance between yourself and the Customer Service Representative during the transaction.
  6. We have implemented a modified cash counting method.
  7. You may also see modified transactions to reduce transaction times and limit interaction with bank staff.
  8. Certain locations may temporary reduce operating hours. Please check our website for details.

  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Suncrest Bank App
  • Zelle for money transfers (available in the Suncrest App)
  • Suncrest Bank ATMs
  • Suncrest Bank will also waive up to 5 ATM fees per billing cycle for out of network transactions.
