Chrystal Hoyle
Chrystal began serving on the United Way Board of Directors in 2021 and has been an asset and contributing member of the board since then. We are delighted that Chrystal chose to become a board member, and we are already benefitting from her active participation and are thankful for her willingness to serve on our board.

Mrs. Hoyle has lived in Lincoln County all of her adult life with husband, Jonathan Hoyle and her two children, Brooklyn and Ballard. Chrystal has been employed at the Partnership for Children of Lincoln & Gaston Counties for 22 years. The Partnership for Children is a Smart Start, state and federal funding agency that leads, advocates and collaborates with others to ensure the wellbeing of children 0-5 years old. Mrs. Hoyle serves as the coordinator of the North Carolina Pre-Kindergarten Programs that serves Lincoln County Schools and private sites, and has the pleasure of working with wonderful teachers throughout Lincoln County county.

Outside of Mrs. Hoyle's regular job, she is involved with her church and community; she serves as chair of Lincoln County DSS Board county commissioner appointed, was the past chair of Hesed House of Hope Board (term up in Dec. 2021), and is now serving on the United Way of Lincoln County Board of Directors. She also serves on the Lincoln County adoption committee, which brings her great joy. Chrystal's passion is to help be a resource to others and make positive change happen in her community for agencies, individuals as well as families.
