Merit Makers & Side Notes
Thanks go out this week to the Wednesday night Lamrim students who have stepped up to help with the Karma Yoga simple tasks presented to them on a sign when they walk in the door. When we all work together to help keep the Center we love clean for teachings, practice and meditation it makes it a welcoming place for all who enter. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Family Program
Winter Session - "How We Relate to Others"
Sunday morning classes begin at 10:30
Our Sunday Program is a vibrant mix of drop-off and family programming. Much of our curriculum content is based on the 16 Guidelines .

Happy New Year! We have kicked off our winter session of the kid's classes at Kadampa. As we develop our schedule, we want to share what we are up to and hope you can help us plan for things like spring break. Please take a couple minutes to answer these 3 questions .
Outreach Opportunities
The holidays are over, but hunger persists for too many members of our community.  You can help.
Listen to your heart and make a food donation to Kadampa Center's SHARE THE LOVE Food Drive. Your generous donation of non-perishable food items will be collected in the Kadampa Center lobby EXTENDED through the end of Feb.
Be inspired by leaders involved in local interfaith initiatives. Learn how you can connect with others and be part of a positive change!
