Region IV Developm ent, Southern Idaho Economic Development and the SBDC hosted a training this month on Opportunity Zones. Speakers Melissa LaFayette, Jerry Miller and Nathan Murray shared information about Opportunity Zones and the New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) census tract. Southern Idaho has five Opportunity Zones. The Idaho Department of Commerce has put together a prospectus for the state and for each zone - below are links to our region's Opportunity Zones.
