Independence at Home Extended

Recently, we learned the Independence at Home (IAH) Demonstration project was extended for three years until December 2023 and will also allow 5,000 new beneficiaries to enroll in the program. HCCI and the American Academy of Home Care Medicine have been partnering for the last few years to obtain this extension, so this is obviously a significant accomplishment and one we are proud to share.
