Safer On Board To Keep You Moving
Long Beach Transit continues to provide vital public transportation services to essential workers in the community and help customers stay connected safely.

The modified schedule is still in effect with buses running 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Please remember these tips:

  • Customers are required to wear face masks onboard buses.
  • Rear-door boarding is still in effect to promote social distancing. Customers requiring special assistance can board through the front door.
  • While onboard, customers are encouraged to skip a seat and skip a row to stop the spread. This means placing as much distance as possible between customers.

To protect customers and Bus Operators, LBT continues its e nhanced cleaning processes. These practices include using disinfectants to clean and sanitize high-contact areas, such as Bus Operator compartments, panels, doors, handrails, interior window frames, pull cords, seats, stanchions and fare collection devices.

Thank you to our customers and the communities we serve for their continued patience and flexibility during these challenging times.
