What You Need to Know About Coronavirus

Network Change
Because QualChoice is now under the ownership of the Centene Corporation, which operates in Arkansas as Arkansas Health & Wellness and Arkansas Total Care, QualChoice members will be transitioned to Centene’s Arkansas (Novasys) network effective in June, 2020.

Most, if not all, QualChoice providers are expected to participate in the Centene network, and disruption should be minimal. Members will be notified of any discrepancies or gaps and directed to alternate providers well before the effective date. New QualChoice ID cards will be mailed to all members.

There will be no other changes to QualChoice operations. You will still work with the same QualChoice staff. Member benefits will not change and members will reach the same customer service and account staff when they call. 
Enrollment Updates
Terminations require a completed Termination Form and other enrollment updates require a completed Change Form . Both can be found at QualChoice.com.
Supplemental Tax Reporting Data
For help in completing your tax forms, download enrollment data from your My Account home page at QualChoice.com. Please review the information carefully and let us know of any changes or corrections needed. For questions or concerns, contact your Account Service Representative .
