A Message From Our President

I want to take this opportunity to extend my congratulations to Nancy Eisenberg, member of the New Trier Democrats and Temple Jeremiah. This past Sunday she organized a very successful Gun Forum at Temple Jeremiah. It was well attended and she enlisted 4 excellent speakers who talked about the issues of gun violence, gun ownership and a detailed explanation of the 2nd Amendment and how it relates to this issue.

I strongly believe that in addition to supporting candidates, we should be well informed on the issues so we can make wise choices in the candidates we support.

I am very proud of the great work Nancy and her committee did on this issue and was glad the New Trier Democrats promoted this program. It was good to see many of our members in the audience.

Judy Mandel
President of New Trier Democrats
