The City of South Padre Island Environmental Health Services Department (EHSD) is hosting the 11th Annual Recycle Land on
Saturday, Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Community Center,

Due to the COVID-19 Order still in place, we ask each person that comes to recycle to please continue to follow state and federal health protocols by wearing a face-covering, gloves and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet between each person.

“We have hosted this event for the past ten years and have introduced new and innovative ways to recycle,” said J. Victor Baldovinos, Environmental Health director. “Attendees will learn how they can do their part to keep South Padre Island Beautiful.”

Recyclable items:

Bring all the above items and regular recycling to this one-stop Recycle Land event to celebrate America Recycles Day. For further recycling questions, contact ESHD at (956) 761-8123.
