(3) Random Acts of Kindness Week – February 16-23 (Institute Wide)
From Lisa Staffiere, Employee and Student Assistance Program

February 16-23 is Random Acts of Kindness Week. This week is a wonderful excuse to do something nice for someone else. Being kind to others makes us feel good, and positive emotions have been linked with better health, longer life, and greater wellbeing in numerous scientific studies. For more information on how kindness can increase your own happiness while adding to that of others, and some ideas of how you can include acts of kindness in your week, visit our website page: Random Acts of Kindness Week . IHP faculty, staff and students are eligible to use the Employee and Student Assistance Program. For information or support, call the EAP/SAP at (866) 724-4327.
