Principals' Update
Step It Up Fundraiser
Our biggest PTO fundraiser of the year ends on November 5. To date, the fundraiser has raised $11,500.

We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership we have with our PTO. In the past, our PTO has allocated fundraiser resources to CMS to purchase items such as: treadmills for our Phy Ed department, Cross Country jerseys, a new popcorn machine, Eagle Pride gift cards, software subscriptions for Social Studies, a coffee machine for teachers, whiteboards and compasses for math classes, field trips, end of year parties.

Thank you for partnering with us in this PTO fundraiser to support our students. We realize that there are likely a lot of financial asks of you right now so we greatly appreciate any contribution you are able to make. Step It Up
PTO Meeting
PTO welcomes you to join us virtually for our PTO Meeting on November 12 at 6:00 pm. The Meeting will take place in Zoom. We have selected a new, later time to hopefully engage more families. PTO Meetings are a great way to find out what's happening in the building, as well as what may be upcoming. You can find more information about the CMS PTO on their website and Facebook.
Free Meals
The USDA has announced a program to provide free school breakfast and lunch for all children. Eden Prairie children up to the age of 18 (and TASSEL students) are eligible to receive no-cost meals both for in-person and virtual learning days. No income qualification is needed; the program is open for all children. This program was anticipated to end in December of 2020 but has recently been extended for the entire school year of 2020-2021. PTO - Restaurant Nights
Please join CMS PTO at the following restaurants as they donate a portion of proceeds back to CMS! All fundraiser events can be found on our website and Facebook.

November 4, 2020 - Noodles & Company
·        Join us for a warm dinner at Noodles & Company! On November 4 from 4pm-8pm, Noodles & Company will donate 25% of sales directly back to CMS when you show the flyer. Online orders also qualify - use code GIVING25 when you order. 

November 9-14, 2020 - Nothing Bundt Cakes
·        Nothing Bundt Cakes will donate 20% of all sales that mention CMS for the week of Nov 9-14. These can be preorder cakes, so long as they are paid for in the week of the fundraiser.
